Careers
Careers at First Solution: join a team that builds its own systems
First Solution For Software is an Amman-based company that develops Platinum ERP, point-of-sale systems and mobile apps, and is the exclusive Mettler Toledo agent in Jordan. We are a mid-sized team, so every employee sees the result of their work at the client: a supermarket register, a scale in the meat section, or a sales report a shop owner opens on their phone.
We look for people who enjoy solving practical problems, treat clients with respect and keep learning. Our systems are built from scratch in-house, so you learn the whole product cycle: analysis, programming, testing, installation and support.
What we offer
- Real products used daily by dozens of clients across Jordan.
- Hands-on training on Platinum ERP, POS hardware and Mettler Toledo scales.
- A flat team with direct access to the decision-maker.
- Room to grow from support into development or project management.
