Platinum HR: employees, attendance and payroll in one place
The HR module of Platinum ERP keeps every employee's record, contract, leaves and salary, and the Platinum HR app lets staff check in and out from their own phone. The app accepts the punch only inside the approved branch location, so attendance is real, and the hours flow directly into the monthly payroll and its accounting entries.

Personal data, job, branch, department, contract and documents for every employee, in Arabic and English.
GPS attendance from the phone
Check-in and check-out with the Platinum HR app, accepted only within the approved branch location. No background tracking: location is read only at the moment of the punch.
Shifts, lateness and overtime
Working hours per branch and shift, with late arrivals, early departures and overtime calculated from actual punches.
Leaves and absences
Annual, sick and unpaid leaves with balances, and absences reflected in the payroll.
Advances and deductions
Salary advances repaid in instalments, and deductions and allowances added to the monthly payroll.
Monthly payroll

Available for Android and iPhone. Each employee signs in with their own account, and multi-branch companies link every punch to the right branch automatically.
Questions about Platinum HR
Can an employee check in from home?
No. The app accepts the punch only when the phone is within the approved branch location, which prevents remote or proxy attendance.
Does the app track employees all day?
No. Location is used only at the moment of check-in or check-out. There is no background tracking.
Does attendance go straight into the payroll?
Yes. Attendance, lateness and overtime are read by the payroll in Platinum ERP, so nothing is retyped.
Does it work for several branches?
Yes. Each punch is linked to the branch where it was made, and reports show each branch separately and combined.
