Centralized business operations
The system integrates all core functions, finance, inventory, sales and HR, into one unified system on one database. Journal entries are created automatically from the invoice and warehouse quantities are updated by the sale itself, so there is no double entry and no conflicting numbers. The accountant, the storekeeper and the branch manager see the same data at the same moment.

Real-time data access
Dashboards and reports update as the transaction happens: today's sales per branch and per cashier, the fastest-moving items, customer and supplier balances, and warehouse quantities. The owner opens the Platinum Owners app on a phone and sees charts and analytics without waiting for the month-end report.

Customizable and scalable
Because the system is built from scratch by the company's own programmers, screens, reports and workflows can be adapted to your business: a supermarket with thousands of items, a bakery selling by weight and by piece, a roastery pricing by the gram, or a restaurant with several branches. It grows from one branch to a chain of branches and warehouses without being replaced.

Cloud ERP free trial
We offer a cloud edition of Platinum ERP on a free trial with no commitment. You try inventory, sales, accounting and analytics with real-time access from anywhere before deciding. The cloud edition suits businesses that want synchronization between branches, regular backups and hosting that scales with them.

Works perfectly with POS
The system connects smoothly to First Solution's point-of-sale hardware and software. Every register invoice becomes an accounting entry and a stock movement in real time, and every price or item change reaches the registers and scales automatically. Invoices connect to the JoFotara national e-invoicing platform, and electronic payment can be linked through HyperPay and MontyPay.

Security and permissions
The system provides complete protection and confidentiality by controlling the permissions of each user: the accountant sees the entries, the storekeeper sees the quantities, and the cashier sees only the sales screen. Actions are recorded under the user who performed them.
