How to find us
Our office is in the Al Gardens area of Amman, inside the Albadad Complex. Search for "First Solution For Software" on Google Maps for directions, or send us your location on WhatsApp and we will send the office pin. We recommend booking a time before visiting so the demo is ready on the terminals and scales.
What you can ask us for
- A demo: of Platinum ERP, the point-of-sale system, the Platinum Owners, Captain Order and Platinum CRM apps, or the e-store app, at our office, in your shop or remotely.
- A quote: for software, POS hardware (terminals, printers, cash drawers, barcode scanners, PDAs) or Mettler Toledo scales from the FreshBase U2, bRite, bPlus T2 and bPlus U2 ranges.
- Technical support: for existing clients, by WhatsApp or phone, with an on-site visit when needed.
- Scale service: after-sales service for Mettler Toledo scales as the exclusive agent in Jordan.

What to prepare before the demo
The more we know about your business before the meeting, the closer the demo will be to your reality. It is enough to have the following ready:
- Type of business: supermarket, bakery, roastery, restaurant, poultry, retail or other.
- Number of branches and number of registers in each.
- Approximate number of items, and whether you sell by weight (produce, meat, nuts, sweets).
- Your current system, if any, and whether you need data migrated from it.
- Whether you need JoFotara e-invoicing, a payment gateway or an e-store app.
- The hardware you have today: terminals, printers, scales, barcode scanners.

Is the demo free?
Yes. The demo carries no obligation and can take place at our office, in your shop or remotely. A free trial of cloud Platinum ERP is also available.
Do you provide support outside working hours?
Clients with a maintenance contract reach the support team by WhatsApp and phone; support hours are set in the maintenance contract.
Will you visit my shop to look at hardware and scales?
Yes. When you ask for a hardware or scale quote, our team can visit the shop to look at the weighing counters and registers and recommend the right model.
In which language are communication and training?
Arabic or English, as you prefer, and the same goes for the system interfaces and reports.
