Information you send us

When you send the contact or demo request form, we receive the details you enter: your name, company name, phone number, email address if given, industry, the solution you are interested in, the type of request, the number of branches if given, and your message.

With each request the website also records the date and time, the language of the page, your IP address and your browser's user-agent string. We use these to handle the request and to protect the form against spam and abuse.

How we use it

We use this information only to answer your request: to arrange a demo, prepare a quotation, provide support or reply to your question. We do not sell it and we do not use it for advertising.

Where it is kept

Requests are stored on the server that runs this website and may be forwarded to the internal tools our sales and support team use to follow up requests. Access is limited to the staff who handle them.

Cookies and tracking

This website does not set cookies and does not use analytics or advertising trackers. If a spam check is enabled on the form, it is provided by Cloudflare Turnstile, which processes technical information about your visit to confirm that the form is sent by a person.

Contacting us through other channels

If you contact us by WhatsApp, phone or email, the information you share is handled in the same way. Messages sent through WhatsApp are also subject to WhatsApp's own terms and privacy policy.
