Apps Management
The Platinum apps are a set of six mobile and tablet applications developed by First Solution in Amman to run on the same data as Platinum ERP and the Point of Sale system, not on a separate copy of it. When a receiving clerk records incoming goods from a PDA, they appear in stock immediately; when the owner opens the app, the sales figures for every branch are live. The apps are aimed at owners of supermarkets, malls, restaurants, bakeries and roasteries who want to run the business from a phone without going back to the office computer.
Platinum OwnersThe owner and management app, showing advanced charts, detailed reports and analytics drawn from Platinum ERP. The owner opens the app and sees sales per branch, cash movements and top items without waiting for a report from the accountant. The goal is to make decisions on live numbers rather than estimates from memory, from anywhere outside the shop.
Platinum Label PrinterA label printing solution built for precision and speed from a phone or handheld device. It prints item, shelf and shipping labels with sharp, clear output, pulling the name, price and barcode from the system so nothing is typed by hand. It removes the mismatch between shelf price and register price after every price change, and works with label printers through advanced connectivity options.
Captain OrderAn app tailored for restaurants, taking orders at the table or at the takeaway window through a simple, fast interface. The waiter records the order on the tablet and it reaches the kitchen and the register immediately; dine-in and takeout orders are managed from the same screen. It cuts errors from handwritten orders and speeds up service at peak times.
Platinum CRMA customer relationship management app that tracks leads, manages contacts and improves customer interactions. A sales rep sees the stage of every deal and the data of every client in one place, and records calls, visits and follow-ups from the phone. It suits companies that sell wholesale or serve business accounts and need an organized record of every relationship.
Platinum UploaderA comprehensive, all-in-one solution that simplifies inventory management, POS operations and report generation in one app. It is used to enter stock movements and counts from the aisles and the warehouse and upload them straight into Platinum ERP, instead of writing them on paper and typing them later. Designed to fit into the daily retail workflow, it improves the accuracy of the numbers and narrows the gap between physical and book stock.
Purchase Order ReceiveA purchase order receiving app that lets staff receive incoming goods at the dock against the purchase order recorded in the system. The item barcode is scanned with a PDA and the received quantity is entered, so any difference from the ordered quantity shows up on the spot. It also allows creating and managing brands with brand images, descriptions in Arabic and English, and control of their visibility in the app.
Each of the six apps reads from and writes to the Platinum ERP database. The items and prices defined in the system are the same ones Platinum Label Printer prints; the stock updated by Purchase Order Receive and Platinum Uploader is the same stock the Point of Sale system deducts on every receipt. Captain Order sends orders to the restaurant's register, and the Mettler Toledo scales on the weighing counters feed the sales the owner sees in Platinum Owners. When the system is hosted on the Cloud Services, the apps work from any branch or from outside the shop, and data is synchronized across branches in real time.

Yes. Platinum Owners shows each branch separately and combined, the warehouse apps record movements on the branch the user works in, and synchronization between branches runs through the Cloud Services.
The apps need a connection to the Platinum ERP database to read and write data.
The apps are built to run on the data of Platinum ERP and the Point of Sale system from First Solution. If you use another system, we discuss integration or migration options with you at the demo.
