It connects directly to the Mettler Toledo scales we supply as the exclusive agent in Jordan, to the JoFotara national e-invoicing platform, and to electronic payment gateways. A clear register screen driven by touch or barcode scanner, with quick keys for the most requested items. Totals and tax are calculated automatically, the tax invoice prints on the receipt printer and the cash drawer opens in the same step. Queues get shorter and manual entry errors drop, so the customer leaves satisfied and the drawer balance matches.
Every sale deducts the quantity from the warehouse at the same moment, so balances stay current between the register, the warehouse and the branches. The system can alert the manager when stock runs low, preventing shortages or overstocking, and the Platinum Uploader and Purchase Order Receive apps handle goods receiving and quantity updates from a PDA without going back to the office.
Detailed reports on sales trends, fastest and slowest moving items, customer preferences, and the performance of each branch, cashier and shift. Reports reach the owner on a phone through the Platinum Owners app, so purchasing, pricing and promotion decisions are based on real numbers rather than estimates.
Mettler Toledo scales print a barcode label carrying weight and price, or send the weight to the register directly, so the weighed item lands on the invoice without manual entry. Change the price in the system and it reaches the scale and the register together.
The system connects to Jordan's national e-invoicing platform, JoFotara, and to ZATCA for companies operating in Saudi Arabia. Card payment can be linked through HyperPay, MontyPay, Mobi Cash, Network and Arab Bank, so the payment is recorded on the invoice without double entry.
