Manufacturing in Platinum ERP: from raw material to the shelf, at real cost
Bakeries, sweets makers, roasteries, poultry and food producers buy raw materials, turn them into products and sell them the same day. Platinum ERP links the three: each product has its recipe, each production run consumes the raw materials from stock and adds the finished goods, and the real cost of every kilo or piece is known before it is priced.

What the manufacturing module covers
Recipes and bills of materials
Each product is defined with its ingredients and quantities, for example flour, sugar and butter for a tray of sweets, or green coffee and spices for a roast.
Production orders
Daily or weekly production orders per product and branch, planned from sales and from what is already on the shelf.
Raw material consumption
Finishing a production run deducts the raw materials from stock automatically according to the recipe.
Finished goods
The produced quantity enters stock ready for sale at the registers, the scales and the e-store.
Waste and yield
Roasting loss, trimming and spoilage are recorded, so the yield of each product is measured, not estimated.
Production cost
The cost of each product is built from its materials, so prices and margins are set on real numbers.
One production day
Plan
The production order is prepared from yesterday's sales and today's stock.
Produce
The kitchen or the roaster works from the recipe on the order.
Consume
Raw materials are deducted from stock when the run is closed.
Stock
Finished goods enter the shop or the branch warehouse.
Measure
Cost, yield and waste are compared with the recipe.

Questions about Platinum manufacturing
Is the manufacturing module only for factories?
No. It is designed for shops that produce what they sell: bakeries, sweets shops, roasteries, butchers, poultry and ready-food kitchens.
Can a product have more than one recipe?
Recipes can be adjusted per product and branch. Our team sets them up with you during implementation.
Does it show the real cost of each product?
Yes. The cost is calculated from the raw materials consumed by the recipe, so margins are based on actual figures.
